Vital-Link's approach is different than other companies. Our medical alarm service costs $22.50 per month; it's as simple as that. The first three months are paid up front, so your initial out of pocket cost is $67.50 (which represents payment for the first three months of service, this is not an activation fee or start up charge).

After the first three months you will be billed on a month to month basis. There are no other charges, nor any long term contracts or commitments. You can keep the service for as long as you like and we will NEVER raise your price. You decide how long you want to have the Vital-Link Medical Alarm service.

When your service is established, there is no activation or set-up fee. Your equipment is sent via FedEx ground at no additional charge. If for any reason you are unhappy with our service, we will do our best to make it right. But if, for any reason, you still choose to cancel service, simply return the equipment within the first 30 days and we will refund your total initial payment. No questions asked. There is never a charge for repairs. If something breaks, we fix it, at no cost to you. Simply put there are no hidden costs or charges.

Another way that Vital-Link is different from other fall alarm or medical alarm companies is that we use no gimmicks. As a smart consumer, we know that you have done some shopping and made some phone calls. Here at Vital-Link we encourage you to call other medical alarm service providers, if you have not already done so. We think you will hear and feel the difference between Vital-Link and the other companies that provide medical alert buttons, medical alert pendants, medical alert devices, fall alarms, medical alert bracelets and the associated emergency response system services. How many of our competitors in the medical alarm industry would encourage you to call Vital-Link or any other of the medical alert system providers? We don't think many would do so.

You will find some of our competitors in the medical alarm world give away "free" gifts such as a lock box or an additional medical alert bracelet or medical alarm pendant. These competitors also charge $30.00-50.00 per month. So is their free gift really "free"? Our charge is $22.50 per month. If you want a lock box, we can provide one for just $20.00. Or you can buy you own lock box from any place you choose. All you would then need to do is provide Vital-Link with the combination, which we will disclose only at a time when you press your medical alert bracelet or pendant. The combination will be disclosed to emergency personnel only. If you want an extra panic button (Bracelet or Pendant), we can provide one for just $20.00.

We know that you can do the math, in the long run those "free" gifts just cost you more money. In our view a "free" gift is nothing more than marketing gimmickry. In just a few months the Vital-Link medical alarm buttons and medical alarm service becomes much more cost effective and saves you more money than getting a free gift by paying a higher monthly rate for their medical alert service.
