We couldn't be more thrilled about your medical alert service. Tonite we had the first round! Received a call that Dad had pressed the button and had not responded to the phone call and that they were sending out the police, etc. I quickly jumped in the car and sped down. As it turned out, it was a false alarm. He had been adjusting his wrist band and inadvertently must have pressed the button. We were very relieved to find him to be ok.
Your people were PHENOMENAL!!! We all received calls informing us of the situation when it occurred, and we all received calls back to inform us that it was a false alarm....great follow up and follow through!!!! That second call came while we were driving to George's, and we didn't hear it, so they left a clear, informative message on voicemail. Perfect!!!!

For the few times we had a problem with the medic alert box during the last 13 years, Vital-Link has quickly corrected the problem. I even lost my medical alert bracelet once and they didn't charge me because I have been a customer for so long. They've also never made an error in billing.

I would like to extend a commendation to one of your values employees, Mike Fives. My initial contact with Mike was on Friday, Feb. 3, 2006. As Margaret's POA for many years, I want to thank you on her behalf for the "peace of mind" your device and monitoring service gave her. She had severe Macular Degeneration and was almost blind, but she would always ask for, or feel around to grasp her medical alert necklace before showering or going to bed. That necklace was her "Linus" security blanket. Thanks again!!
On September 2nd, 2006 one of the nicest women saved my life. I don't remember much except how nice and calm she was. Shortly after talking with her I apparently was in & out. The doctors said my carbon monoxide levels were so elevated that they didn't think I would make it. Without her I wouldn't have. Thank you is not enough but please let her know how grateful I am. You all have a very important job - thanks for being there when we need you.

Alice Moll, an 87-year-old Havertown woman who fell Thursday when she let her cat out, could have been seriously hurt, but she was able to press an emergency transmitter on a quarter-sized pendant around her neck that sent a distress signal to a computer in Ohio. The message was transmitted to police in Havertown, who reached her home within five minutes of the message. Vital Link Inc., makes of the transmitter system. Paramedics had to shovel a path to get her to an ambulance. She was treated for minor injuries at Lankenau Hospital and released, said hospital spokeswoman Rita Tarves. On 7/12/12 I returned the base unit for my dad. At the time I could not find his pendant. You were so kind about the loss of the pendant and discontinuing the service. Recently my father passed away and when we dismantled his bed we found the pendant wedged between the box spring and mattress.
