2. Gather Information

We’ll need your name, address, phone number, the person who intends to use the service, the type of system you’ve chosen, whether you’d like a wrist or neck pendant, and a valid credit card.
This information will be used to set up your Vital-Link on your behalf.
3. Consider a Response Protocol
